Digital transformation support for a medical software house company. The factual analysis, on the basis of which a report and a proposal for a change plan were presented, specifically addressed:

Analysis and evaluation of the organization’s existing operating model, structures and organizational, organizational-technical and business processes, in terms of their quality ( accuracy, efficiency, completeness).
Advise and participate in defining areas of necessary changes and developing a modernized operating model of the organization, in the context of business and organizational needs.

The assignment identified organizational, staff, personnel, product, technical, technological, legal, GDPR compliance, etc. problems. A remediation plan was then presented, which recommended changes in work organization and operations. Changes were proposed in terms of personnel policies, product offerings, technical infrastructure, meeting GDPR requirements, etc. Implementation of procedures (standardization), systems (automation) and measurement (knowledge) was planned. A detailed scenario was proposed for changes in the technologies used, including for technical/IT departments. A scenario was also prepared for proper change communication and a detailed plan for carrying out the digital transformation. In addition, a team of experts was prepared at the client’s request to provide ongoing support in carrying out the above tasks.
