A hundred reviews, a thousand, even more? We do not buy references because it’s dishonest (e.g. in this article you will read more about trading opinions).
A ranking in which we appear at the top? We do not make seemingly objective lists, we do not buy forums, we do not sponsor so-called 'experts’. Because it is not fair (more…).
Dozens of discussions in the media where suddenly lots of positive reviews from 'satisfied customers’ appear? We do not pay 50% for referrals because it is a scam and that is a stretch.

Yes, sometimes we get a few nice words and examples can be found below, as a matter of principle. However, we do not seek it out, and we never purchase it, even though the cost is small (starting at $1/pc). We do things differently, clearly and honestly: We give you a special and unique warranty in writing.

We respect GDPR and take care of our client’s security through multi-faceted, proactive non-technical measures.

It is worth to remember about one more aspect. Servizza’s hosting offer was created as a remedy for poor quality of hosting services at that time (more…). However, this is only a small part of our business, the main part are administrative services. By providing our Partners with this type of support, we also guarantee full confidentiality, and thus most often also anonymity

On top of that, there are the GDPR issues, which we treat with great respect and taking care of the Partners’ security. Nowadays, security is based, among other things, on a number of proactive non-technical measures in order to better protect our Partners’ interests. The above policy is very much appreciated by our Partners, but it also means that unfortunately we have to keep 99% of references to ourselves, and possibly disclose some of them only after signing a restrictive confidentiality agreement.

We have a bit of a problem in our business with references, and we don’t hide it. It is due to the fact that we provide about 90% of our services in the field of IT support for large and well-known entities, often leaders in their industries. As these services involve issues that are often very sensitive, we are obliged to maintain the highest possible level of confidentiality. This is required not only by signed contracts, but above all by our internal rules. After all, rarely does any organization want to show off that it had any problems to solve. Thus, we cannot mention the names of clients like: the largest manufacturer in Europe in one of the med-tech/bio-tech industries, the largest operator in one of the tourism-related industries, payment operators, banking, corporations, local governments, etc. So, below we publish only a few references of clients who use, for example, ordinary hosting services.
