We base our privacy and trust policy on the following:
– limit the amount of personal data collected and protect it,
– user registration system,
– Use of ASME guidelines for content and advertising sections,
– Protection against unwanted content, spam and advertising,
– The right of everyone to access, correct and delete their personal data.
Access to opportunities and services on the site is varied. You may be a mere visitor, as well as a registered user. You may also be logged in, which means you have access to additional content. If you just want to browse the publicly available material published here – you can remain an anonymous visitor. However, there are areas and services that only registered users may use. RWhen you register on the Site, you provide us with certain personal information. Surveys

When using our services, you may be asked to participate in our periodic internal surveys conducted to determine areas of interest to Clients. These surveys are purely voluntary. Data collected from these surveys will only be used to improve our products and services and will never be sold to third parties.

Communication with Servizza

When responding to an e-mail message, we use return addresses to respond to the requested information. Such addresses are not used for other purposes and are not shared with third parties. You can indicate your preferences regarding how we contact you, such as the ability to receive information and updates on our services, by logging into your account, going to your user profile page and selecting the appropriate options. The information you submit to us will not be used for any purpose other than what you indicated in your preferences. You will always receive an email related to a transaction, such as an order confirmation, payment through a billing system, etc.

Newsletter

You can 'opt-in’ and 'opt-out’ of receiving our newsletter at any time. The newsletter is sent out monthly and contains lots of valuable information and offers from us. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Dissemination and disclosure of information

We collect statistical information using systems such as Google Analytics. We use this information to optimize our website and services. This information is never shared with third parties. We do not link aggregate statistical data to personal information.

Personal information

We do not sell, rent or share information about you or your business with third parties. How to access / edit information

You can access all of your identifying information that we collect by logging into your password-protected company account and selecting 'My Data’. We use this procedure to better secure your information. You can also correct errors in your personal information by sending us a request that reliably demonstrates the error. To protect your privacy and ensure security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Specific service conditions

We treat all of your / your company’s electronic communications as private correspondence between sender and recipient. We will not monitor, edit or disclose the content of your personal communications except: as required by law, to ensure compliance with legal process, as necessary to enforce the Agreement, or in response to claims that such content violates the rights of third parties or to protect rights or property. By using the Service, you agree that technical processing of email messages is and may be required to send and receive messages, to comply with technical requirements of communications networks, to comply with limitations of the Services, or to comply with other similar technical and/or legal requirements. By using the Service, you agree and acknowledge that your entity does not endorse any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or content that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Legal disclaimers

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and if we determine that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or within the scope of a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information you provide to us, both during transmission and in our storage procedures. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is secure at 100%, but we have taken all possible steps to ensure the security of your information. This site is protected by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to protect your information. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. As a matter of fairness to our users, we therefore need to emphasize that there may be events or other factors beyond our control that result in the disclosure of the data we collect. Should such a situation occur for which we are at fault, we are prepared to bear the consequences within the limits and under the terms of the law.

GIODO & GDPR

The Processor (i.e. in this case Servizza), is obliged to ensure the highest possible level of data security. The processing of personal data at Servizza is based on the law, in particular on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and other specific legislation. In accordance with the applicable legislation, relating to the protection of personal data, Servizza applies appropriate physical and organizational safeguards, protection measures within software tools and hardware measures of the IT and telecommunications infrastructure. As part of the activities and procedures carried out, Servizza ensures:
a) The technical solutions in place shall ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the processing systems and services.
b) In the event of so-called random events, the system shall ensure that personal data can be quickly restored and accessed.
c) All confidential information, including personal data, shall be transmitted in an encrypted manner using appropriate certificates and cryptographic methods.
d) The effectiveness of the technical and organisational measures to ensure security of processing shall be regularly or continuously (automatically) tested, measured and evaluated.
e) Additional security is available, related to the selection and change of the password to the Client Area (Panel).
f) Each Contractor is provided with the right to „be forgotten”, unless the obligation to process the data arises from other regulations, e.g. tax regulations (in accordance with the RODO guidelines). Identical procedures ensure the possibility of exercising the right to rectify or restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, or finally the right not to be subject to profiling.
g) Each Contractor has the right to make a request in order to obtain information as to whether his personal data is being processed. If so, it may request access to information about, among other things:
– the purpose of the processing of personal data,
– the categories of data processed,
– Servizza’s partners who process data,
– the source of the personal data.
h) The registration forms provided shall provide an opportunity for consent, and consents shall meet the conditions:
– accessible, unambiguous and concrete,
– expressed knowingly and voluntarily,
– specifying the nature of the action,
– written in a clear and simple manner,
– limited to necessary data only.
i) All Servizza staff have been trained and have signed a declaration of personal and professional confidentiality.
j) All persons employed by Servizza who have access to personal data in the performance of their duties have written, named authorisations and have been made aware of data protection legislation.
k) Media containing personal data shall be stored in locations that prevent access by unauthorised persons.
l) Back-up and access procedures are defined and implemented. Access to backups is restricted to authorised persons only.
m) Physical security of data-processing buildings and access to premises shall be controlled by monitoring systems using CCTV cameras, protected by burglar alarms and access systems. Access to the premises is supervised during the absence of the employees working there by the security service, and in the case of server rooms by an armed security service. The rooms are protected against the effects of fire. The server room is fully and in at least duplicated manner protected against power cuts, against the effects of possible natural disasters and against unauthorised interference of third parties. Only trained administrators have access to the equipment and databases.
n) Only authorised users have access to ICT systems. Granting rights and the methods used to authenticate users are compliant with the requirements of the Regulation. There are devices protecting the IT system against effects of power supply failures. Means of cryptographic protection of data transmitted by means of teletransmission are applied. In order to protect data against harmful software, deluxe versions of anti-virus and anti-spam software are used, as well as hardware and software firewall systems. Data are processed in appropriate disk arrays, which protect against disk memory failure. Only Enterprise version components are used.
o) Servizza only works with trusted partners. Their business and social credibility is verified, as well as whether they operate in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Furthermore, the administrator of the website on 23.10.2017 registered the database in the central register of databases, kept by the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection (GIODO), under the name 'Servizza – contractors, clients, collaborators, etc.’ and under registration no: 31961017.

Advertising and ASME Guidelines

The website may contain advertising materials, both our own and those of other companies or institutions. We follow the ASME guidelines. We will clearly separate editorial content from advertising content through wording, design, appropriate placement on the page or other effective means of separation. In the case of special advertising sections (’advertorials’) or in any other situation where there is a risk that advertising, including 'advertorials’, may be mistaken for editorial content, these sections have information at the top of each page or at the beginning of the main body of each material 'advertisement’ of at least the same weight and/or importance as the normal main title of editorial content.
